Bonjour, I'm Stephanie – Founder of Osprey Boutique Travel
 

Born and raised in Lyon, the Gastronomy Capital of France, wine and cuisine were not only pleasures — they were a way of life, shared around the table as expressions of culture, tradition, and connection.

 

My path first led me to chemical engineering where I developed rigor, precision, and careful planning — strengths that continue to guide the way I design each journey today. I later trained in oenology under a French sommelier, where technical knowledge evolved into a true sensory experience.

 

As I traveled the world, visiting more than 30 countries and discovering diverse cultures and traditions, I came to understand what makes travel truly meaningful: authenticity, human connection, and a profound sense of place. These journeys revealed how wine and travel naturally intertwine to tell the story of a region.

Over the past two decades, that passion has matured into expertise, with deep knowledge of France’s most prestigious wine regions and trusted relationships with exceptional estates and winemakers.
