With over 20 years of expertise in oenology, having trained under a Sommelier in France, I am deeply passionate about Wines, French cuisine, and Travel. Originally from Lyon, the Gastronomy Capital of France, these passions inspired me to found Osprey Boutique Travel, drawing inspiration from the migratory bird, which, like me, travels far and wide.
